   Mrs. Linda Gail Miller Gamble, a resident of Ozark, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at her home. She was 72 years old.


   Funeral services for Mrs. Gamble will be graveside 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 13, 2023, in Woodlawn Memory Gardens with Reverend Joey Hudspeth officiating. Interment will follow, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing.


   Mrs. Gamble was born June 20, 1950 in Brundidge, Alabama to the late J. D. Roy Miller and Jessie Mae Armstrong Miller. She was a 1968 graduate of Carroll High School in Ozark and was a homemaker for many years. She later worked with Hendricks Home Center as an Office Manager and retired from Ozark Health and Rehabilitation as a dietician. Mrs. Gamble enjoyed gardening and was an avid Auburn fan. She was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church. Gail adored her grandchildren and loved her fur babies, Karley and Mollie.


   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffery Thomas Gamble; one infant son, Ronald Franklin Carr; and two brothers, Gene Miller and Jerry Miller.


   Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Kevin Smith of Salem, Alabama; two grandchildren, Kennan Smith and Kyle Smith; one sister, Joann Helms of Ozark.


   The family would like to express a heartfelt thank you to Renee Lott, a special family friend and caregiver, and to Gentiva Hospice for their help and care.
