Martha P. Starling Kelley of Dothan, Alabama departed this life on Wednesday December 28, 2011 following an extended illness. She was 69 years young.

Memorial services for Mrs. Kelley will be held at 6 PM Friday December 30, 2011 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Reverend Thaxton Whiddon officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 5 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Covenant Hospice, 104 Rock Bridge Road, Dothan, AL 36303.

Martha was born May 21, 1942 in Houston County, Alabama to   Harvey Edward Pitts and Lucille Anglin White.

Mrs. Kelley is preceded in death by her father, Harvey Edward Pitts; step father, Steve “Pa” Anglin; sisters, Mary Tindell, Gayle Pitts and a brother, Louie Pitts.

Survivors include her mother, Lucille Anglin White; daughter, Kathy Smith (Don), Rehobeth; sons, Ray Starling (Jo), Bristol, TN., Neal Starling (Julie), Canton, GA; 8 grandchildren, Dana Golden (Brent), Donny Smith (Kami), Kathy Kruzycki, Heather Starling, Zac Starling, Courtney Starling, Christian Starling and Cassidy Starling; three great grandchildren, Lauren and Chandler Golden, Samuel Smith; sister, Faye Davis; two brothers, James Pitts and Robert Pitts.
