Mrs. Martha W. Riley of Slocomb passed away Monday, January 30, 2012 at the family residence.  She was 81.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 2, in Sorrells Funeral Home Chapel in Slocomb with Rev. C. M. Holloway officiating.  Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1149, Slocomb, AL  36375 or to Gentiva Hospice, P.O. Drawer 2127, Dothan, AL  36303.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Mrs. Riley was born on October 4, 1930 in Geneva County, AL to the late James C. and Mary E. White.  She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Randy Kelley, sister, Ruby McCormick, two brothers, Steve White and Walter White. 

Survivors include her daughter:  Diane Weed of Slocomb; two sons:  James C. Kelley (Teresa) of Slocomb, Tony M. Kelley (Carla) of Dothan; former daughter-in-law, Leigh Lawson; nine grandchildren:  Nicole Dillard and Zack Weed, Brittney and Chase Kelley, Elizabeth Meadows, Clay Kelley, Justin and Heather Hinkle, Reagan Kelly; one great grandchild:  Cora Lee Dillard; several nieces and nephews.
