Mrs. Montez Livingston Fountain, age 87, a resident of Webb, died Sunday July 17, 2016 at her residence after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday July 20, 2016 at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Charles Pierce officiating and Kendall Glover directing.

The family will be receiving friends from 1:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. Wednesday prior to services at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel.  Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Center Baptist Church, P.O. Box 129   Webb, AL. 36376.

Mrs. Fountain was born on September 6, 1928 in Houston County the daughter of George Livingston and Ila Bell Kirkland Livingston Fellows.  She was a graduate of Houston County High School and was a member of Center Baptist Church in Webb where she served as church organist for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Edward Fountain; son, Eddie Fountain; granddaughter, Shana Buie Snell; grandson, Shawn Buie; a sister, Gladys Flowers; 2 brothers, Robert & Buck Livingston.

Survivors include: daughter, Sharron Buie, Dothan; special family member, Byron Frank Ingram, Avon; daughter-in-law, Lisa Fountain, Dothan; granddaughter, Ashley Johnson, Gulf Shores; 4 great-grandchildren, Kyle Snell, Kaleb Snell, Brody Johnson and Harley Johnson; several nieces & nephews.

Pallbearers will be: Byron Ingram, Matt McCraney, Mark Ingram, Gary Ingram, Kyle Snell and Kaleb Snell.

Glover Funeral Home of Dothan has been entrusted with the arrangements.
