Mrs. Pat Sue (Johnson) Kemp, age 76, of Dothan, passed away June 28, 2014.

 

She was born November 26, 1937 to the late Ponie F. Johnson and Mabel Baker Johnson. Mrs. Kemp was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Dothan for more than 55 years and served as the teacher of the Adult One Sunday School Class.

 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, James Michael Johnson.

 

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Robert C. Kemp; son, Tony Kemp (Janie); brother, Ronnie Pete Johnson (Dora); sister, Jean Johnson Whiddon; sister-in-law, Patricia Kemp; several nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Southside Baptist Church with Reverend Stacy Stafford and Dr. Jerry Grandstaff and Reverend Tommy White officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 P.M., at the church. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

Family will accept flowers, or contributions can be made to the Southside Baptist Church Building Fund.
