Mrs. Sandra June Lawhorn Lolley of Samson, Alabama passed away Monday, April 02, 2012.  She was 72.


 


Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, in the Providence United Methodist Church with Rev. Chris Adams and Tim Lolley officiating.  Burial will follow in the Asbury United Methodist Church in the Goodman Community with Sorrells Funeral Home of Geneva directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, April 3, from 6 until 8 p.m.


 


The family asked that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made to Gentiva Hospice, Enterprise, AL 36330.


 


Mrs. Lolley was born December 2, 1939, in Geneva County to the late John Morgan Lawhorn, Sr. and Annie Merle Vaughn Lawhorn German.  She was a very loving mother and grandmother.


 


In addition to her parents, her husband, Charles Franklin Lolley, Sr., a granddaughter, Kaci Lynn Lolley, a grandson, Timothy Wayne Lolley, Jr., two sisters, Joyce Bloodsworth and Geraldine “Doll” Johns, as well as three brothers, John, Oscar and Joe Lawhorn, all preceded her in death.


 


Survivors include three sons: Charles Franklin Lolley, Jr., Panama City, FL, James Bruce Lolley, Samson and Timothy Wayne Lolley (Jan), Coffee Springs; three grandchildren: Heather Helms (Jo Jo), Matthew Lolley and Samantha Grubba; four great-grandchildren; two brothers: Jerry Lawhorn (Judy) and Mickey German (Mary Ann), all of Chancellor; one sister: Brenda Simpson (John), Hilton Head, SC; special sister-in-law, Johnnie Lawhorn, Southport, FL:  several nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
