Mrs. Sara Madgeline (Madge) Padgett Miller died Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Signature Healthcare in Graceville, Florida.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 30, 2016, in the Earl Bankston Memorial Chapel at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens under the direction of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time on Thursday.
Mrs. Miller was born in Booneville, Mississippi on May 2, 1928 to the late Grover and Irene Padgett. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved life to the fullest. She was a former Worthy Matron in the Eastern Star of the KOLB Chapter in Ozark. Mrs. Miller was a faithful member of Ozark Primitive Baptist Church since 1976. Mrs. Miller’s strong conviction to her faith helped her to overcome breast cancer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hassell Miller, two brothers, John and Earl Padgett and a twin sister, Mauveline Rone.
Mrs. Miller leaves behind to cherish her memories, daughters, Patricia West (Richard), Pamela Owens (Bill), Phyllis Urinoski, and Penny Tyler (Mike), brother, Doyle Padgett, sisters, Reba Michaels and Joan Goddard, ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
