Mrs. Shirley Lee Koontz of Dothan passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the age of 79.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, March 27, 2023 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Thomas Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 P.M. Monday, one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Koontz was born November 19, 1943 to the late Warren Johnson and Francis Tucker.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Frank Koontz and sister Marilyn Johnson.
She is survived by her sons Todd Jacobs (Susan), Warren Jacobs, grandchildren Jessica Geiger (Matt), Elizabeth Jacobs (Kevin Deal), and two great-grandchildren Kesson and Ellie.
