Teresa was preceded in death by her beloved sister, Barbara Elaine Spurlock. Her memory will be kept alive by her surviving family members, including her son James Spurlock, daughter Michelle Lingo, sister Becky Harding, grandchildren Lindsay Davis, Benjamin Jacob Lingo, Derick Conrad, and great-grandchildren Bryten Davis, Lennox Blair Lingo, Lowen P. Lingo, Ava Grace Conrad, Paisley Conrad.
