Obituary: Mrs. Tina Mae Jackson Enfinger
Mrs. Tina Mae Jackson Enfinger of Hartford passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Cedar Springs Assisted Living Center in Decatur. She was 79.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, in the chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home with Rev. James Lolley officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Slocomb directing. Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to North Alabama Hospice, 3311 Bob Wallace Ave. Suite 101, Huntsville, AL 35805.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 until service time.
Mrs. Enfinger was born on July 8, 1932 in Hartford, AL to the late Roy B. and Lucile Boyette White. She was a member of New Canaan Ministries Church and a 1950 graduate of Geneva County High School in Hartford.
In addition to her parents, her two husbands: James Edward Jackson and Archie J. Enfinger preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Lamar Jackson and his wife Verla of Decatur; one granddaughter, Nicole Jackson of Madison; one sister, Virginia Cheshire of Hartford; two nieces: Sarah Burch and Shirley McGowan; one nephew, Sammy Cheshire; and many friends.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the entire staff of Cedar Springs Assisted Living Center and North Alabama Hospice of Decatur for the love and care given to Mrs. Tina Mae.
