Katie Nell Williams, a resident of Kinsey, died Monday, January 3, 2022 at her residence. She was 67.


Funeral services for Katie will be held at 11 AM Thursday, January 6, 2022 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Chaplain Phillip Durr officiating. Burial will follow at Madrid City cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at the funeral home.


Katie was born June 12, 1954 in Hodgesville, Alabama to the late Willard and Dorothy Adams Boyette. She lived the early years of her life in Madrid and Cottonwood and moved to Kinsey in 1989. Katie retired from Dunbarton following 25 years of service. She was a member of Kinsey Baptist Church and loved spending time with family and her grandkids.


Katie is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Willard Boyette.


Katie is survived by her children, Belinda McClantoc, Jimmy Peacock (Bridgett); grandchildren, Conner Peacock, Clara, Olivia and Justin Sasser; special four legged grandchild, Precious; sister, Sarah Welch; brother, Robert Boyett; son in love, Chris and Dolly; daughter in love, Lana Moring; and special friend, Mary Jane Tindell; several nieces and nephews.


The family wishes to thank Southern Care Hospice for their love and support.
