Patricia Ann Williams, a resident of Dothan, died Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at her residence. She was 61.

Funeral services for Ms. Williams will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, October 22, 2011 in Clearman Chapel at Southern Heritage with Reverend Wallace Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory cemetery with Southern Heritage directing. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Baptist church Building Fund, 3257 E. Cottonwood Road, Dothan, AL 36301.

Ms. Williams was born December 7, 1949 to the late Lavelle “Shorty” and Wilera Broadhead Williams. She was a dedicated Christian and a member of Harvest Church. Ms. Williams had a love for reading and gardening. She loved her family and grandchildren and will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

Survivors include two daughters and sons in law, Shannon and Mickey Broadhead, Pensacola, FL, Traci and A.J. Jones, Dothan; five grandchildren, Skylar and Frankie Broadhead, Kelsey Faison, Taylor Holley, Abbey-Leigh and Alexis Jones; great grandchild, Gunner Faison; sister, Sybil and Earl Starling, Dothan; brother, Billy and Linda Townson, San Antonio, TX; special friends, Herbert and Ruth Whatley and Jennifer Cofield.
