Nancy Chamblee

Nancy Chamblee, died Thursday night, May 16, 2013 at Bonifay Nursing and Rehab Center.  She was 59.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Christian Home Church of Christ with Dr. Mark Turner officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Byrd Funeral Home on West Main Street directing. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service time on Saturday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Christian Home Church of Christ, "Cemetery Fund", 463 W. State Hwy. 92, Newton, AL, 36352.

Nancy was born September 10, 1953 in Mobile, Alabama to Omega and Charles Chamblee and was a lifelong resident of Wicksburg. She loved music and cats.  Nancy was a member of Christian Home Church of Christ.

Survivors include a sister, Charla C. Casey of Daleville; three nieces and a nephew, Megan Gandy of Savannah, GA, Robin Casey of Tampa, FL, Lynn Casey (David Diehl) of LaGrange, GA and Michael Gilley (Carmen) of Atlanta, GA; two great nieces and a great nephew, John Gandy, Rachel Gandy and Carole Anne Gilley, all of Atlanta, GA.
