Nancy Jenkins, 79, a resident of Daleville passed away August 1, 2014 at Dale Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm Monday, August 4, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Witt officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1pm until service time.

Mrs. Jenkins was born July 18, 1935 in Knoxville, Tennessee and lived there the early years of her life. She was employed with the library at the University of Tennessee. Mrs. Jenkins moved to Daleville in 1983 and was employed with Brown Real Estate until her retirement in 2001. She was very patriotic and a southern lady. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband, John Jenkins; four sons, Michael Pszyk, Bobby Pszyk and John Pszyk and James Jenkins; two daughters, Kimberly Richardson and her husband Kelley, Kathy Grantham; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Steve Monroe.
