REHOBETH…Natalie Baucom Bratt, a resident of Rehobeth, formerly of Webb, died Sunday afternoon, March 8, 2015, in UAB Hospital, Birmingham, of Pulmonary Hypertension. She was 31.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 12, 2015, in the Center Baptist Church, near Webb, with Reverend Jay Ward officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at the mortuary in Headland.
Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to the family to cover funeral expenses.
Mrs. Bratt was born and reared in the Center Church Community of Houston County, near Webb. She was a 2002 graduate of Houston County High School and a member of the Center Baptist Church. Mrs. Bratt moved to Rehobeth in March of 2014 and was formerly employed as a pharmacy technician at Circle Pharmacy, Winn-Dixie Pharmacy and CVS Pharmacy. She was preceded in death by her sister, Stephanie Baucom.
Surviving relatives include her husband, Schuyler Bratt, Rehobeth; her parents, Rhonda and Ellis Baucom and a sister, Brittany Thorne (Bo), all of Webb; three brothers, Richey Baucom (Carol) and Guy Baucom (Jennifer), all of Dothan, and Junior Baucom, Sierra Vista, Arizona; nieces and nephews, Madison Johnson, Vincent Johnson, Elizabeth Johnson, Makayla Thorne, Haley Baucom, Taylor Baucom, Dalton Thorne, Stephanie Thorne, Savannah Thorne, Alexis Thorne, Chloe Thorne, and Abigail Thorne; several cousins including, Amanda Kirkland, Dana Kirkland, and Shannon Laney.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Richey Baucom, Guy Baucom, Junior Baucom, Bo Thorne, Samuel Bratt, and Bryan Laney.
