Natasha Shantale White Bishop entered into eternal peace on August 30, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

Services will be 11 am Friday September 6, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home with Rev. Mace Daniels officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park with Robert Byrd directing. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.

Tasha was born on August 30, 1974 in Dothan, Alabama to the parents of the late Kenneth Snell and Sarah White. She wed her husband Marcus on January 23, 2003. Tasha enjoyed a love of poetry. She found solace in her pen and paper, expressing her life’s journey. She wrote with such passion that the words often brought tears to the eyes of those that read them.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her husband, Marcus, her eight beautiful children, LaShun White, Marquel Bishop, LaMarcus Bishop, Mercedes Bishop, Nastassja Bishop, Naudia Bishop, Journey Bishop and Jahaziron Bishop; one step-son, Marcus Bishop Jr.; four sisters, LaKaye (Adam) Salvo, Shameka White, Courtney White and Kathren White; two brothers, Kenneth White and Kendrick Austin, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Tasha was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Snell and Sarah White, and grandmothers, Ella Ree Snell and Cledie Mae.
