Nikeya was a sweet, loving, kind and overall wonderful person. She was known for her beautiful smile and would call you out if you were being fake. If anybody knew Nikeya, they knew that her dream was to originally be a Lawyer in concerns of freeing her father from prison. Nikeya developed a stronger passion for cutting hair and was attending Wallace Community College in Dothan, AL where she was pursuing her degree in Cosmetology. She had a big heart that led her to be genuinely concerned about others. She was happy but serious at the same time. Her love ran deep for her family and close friends. Nikeya always seem to have a positive impact on the kids.
Nikeya was preceded in death by her grandfather, Willie Lee (Robert) Brown.
Nikeya is survived by her mother, Renee Brown Watkins; her father, Marcus King (better known as Metro); her stepfather, Hugh Watkins; her stepbrother, Charvez Watkins; her brother, Brandin Brown; her sisters, Shalonda Brown, Markeshia King-Tyson (Zacchaeus) and Jamie Whitehurst; her nieces, Ariana Brown, Lyric Tyson; her nephew, Zamarion Tyson; and her grandparents, Daniel and Melba Cade of Esto, FL., Edward Sistrunk of Plywood, South Carolina, Barbara King of Enterprise, AL; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
