Mr. Roger Warner Clark of Ozark, Alabama passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 6, 2018, in Dale Medical Center in Ozark, Alabama at the age of 56.


A Celebration of Roger’s Life is scheduled for Saturday, January 13, 2017 at 10:30 AM CST at Ozark First Assembly of God Church, 170 Country Club Drive Ozark, Alabama 36360, with a reception to follow.  Pastor Greg Doss will officiate the ceremony.  All are welcome to attend and celebrate Roger’s life.  Condolences may be expressed at www.HolmanFuneralHome.com 


Roger was born in Camilla, Georgia on May 31, 1961 and was the son of Gloria Adams Pate and Elzie Clark.  Roger grew up in Dothan, Alabama and later moved to Ozark, Alabama.  Roger worked as a welder for Alabama Railcar Service in Ozark, Alabama and concluded his welding career at American Machine and Manufacturing in Abbeville, Alabama.


For those who knew Roger, knew he made friends wherever he went.  He was a truly kind and generous man who cared dearly for everyone.  There was nothing Roger loved more than his family, the Lord, and his friends, and he touched the lives of everyone he came across.


Roger is dearly missed, and his love will live on forever in the hearts, mind, and soul of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.  We will always love you Roger! Roger was preceded in death by his parents.


Roger is survived by his half-sister, Cassandra Jane Pate-Bradley, of Lighthouse Point, Florida; his half-brother-in-law, Bryan Michael Bradley of Lighthouse Point, Florida; his half-brother, Luke Holton of Beijing, China; and many special friends.


The family would like to thank Bill Cheshire, Mary Brown, Pastor Greg Doss, and the staffs at Dale Medical Center and Community Hospice for their care.
