Mrs. Willie Pearl Teal Heath, age 75, died Saturday, August 2, 2014, in UAB Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Wednesday, August 6, 2014, from Post Oak Baptist Church with Reverend Matthew Wright officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6:00 P. M. until 8:00 P. M.
Mrs. Heath was born October 16, 1938 in Barbour County to the late Marvin Frank Teal and Clara Belle Goodson Teal. She worked with Hayes Aircraft and then Pemco until 1987. Mrs. Heath was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and was on the Fellowship Committee. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Hollis Teal.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Roger Heath of Ozark;
three daughters and one son-in-law, Tami and Kendall Allen of Ariton, Sherry Anderson of Cape Canaveral, Florida, and Tammy Minton of Ozark;
two brothers, Kenneth Derrill Teal and Lewie Frank Teal of Ozark;
eight grandchildren, Jared Peters of Ozark, Tiffany Page of Ozark, Brandy Baumgart of Omaha, NE, Hallie Hobbs of Ankeny, IA, Michael Vogel of Ogden, IA, Emilie Hess of Altoona, IA, Melani Gilmer of Ozark, Mandi O’Drobinak of Valdosta, GA.
Thirteen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
