OBITUARY FROM HOLMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATIONS OF OZARK ~ 334‑774‑5348
Mrs. Wilma Wyoline Dykes Wright Wynn, of Ozark, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015, in Ozark Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was 93 years old. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Wednesday, May 20, 2015, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Reverend Jim Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Memorial Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday morning from 9:30 A.M. until service time. Mrs. Wynn was born February 13, 1922 in Skipperville, Alabama to the late Reba Ara Shirah Dykes and Oval Dykes. She graduated from Dale County High School and worked for the State of Alabama in Montgomery for several years. Upon the death of her first husband, she returned to Skipperville and began working with the Finance Office at Fort Rucker. Soon after her return she met Dink Wynn and in 1958 they were married. Mrs. Wynn worked with Civil Service at Fort Rucker for twenty-nine years, retiring as a Quality Assurance Technician. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Ozark and the Ladies III Sunday School Class. Ms. Wyoline will always be remembered for her love for her Lord, her family without conditions and always trying to do and live the right way every day. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Franklin Wilson Wright and Dink Moore Wynn; one sister, Gladys Jernegan; and four brothers, Colbert, Murray, Ralph and Hugh Dykes. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Judy Wright of Ozark, Gerald and Sondra Wynn of Ozark; three grandchildren, Karen Benton (Beau), Kathy Yohn (Jason), and Josh Wynn; five great grandchildren, Samuel Benton, Sarah Wynn Benton, J. Wilson Benton, Ellis Yohn and Emory Yohn. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family would like to thank the staff of Ozark Health and Rehabilitation and a special thank you to Judy Hughes and Marsha Boutwell.Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Ridgecrest Baptist Church Building Fund, 1971 Deese Road, Ozark, Alabama 36360; the Alzheimers Research Center, P.
