ABBEVILLE…Pamela Money, a resident of Abbeville, died Friday night, November 25, 2022, in the Henry County Health and Rehabilitation Facility. She was 67
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, November 27, 2022 in the Holman-Abbeville Mortuary Chapel with the Reverend Randy Stokes officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the mortuary.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the SHARK Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 126, Abbeville, Al., 36310.
Mrs. Money was born in Big Springs, Texas daughter of the late Mannon Orlando Wills and Mildred Louise Hayes Wills. She moved with her family to Abbeville in 1968. In earlier years she was employed with West Point Stevens in Abbeville. In later years, she worked in retail sales. Pamela was an active member of God’s Way Church. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-mother Mary Frances Wills and also a sister Mary Ann.
Survivors include her husband of forty-eight years Jimmy Green Money of Abbeville, a son David Green Money (Mary Ann) of Pansey; two sisters, Doris Hancock of Abbeville and Norma Hancock (Ronnie) of Phenix City; three brothers, Lance Wills (Kelly) of Abbeville, Phillip Griffith (Elaine) of Columbia and Jimmy Joe Wills (Melinda) of Ashford; two grandchildren, Shane Money and Sheyanne Turvin, three great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; Lucy Farrow (Gary) of Fairhope, Maggie Wilson of Abbeville and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
