PAULINE HERRING FLOCKHART
DOTHAN. . .Pauline Herring Flockhart, a resident of Dothan, died early Thursday morning, September 6, 2012, at her home. She was 79.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 9, 2012, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Randall Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory, between Headland and Dothan. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the mortuary in Headland. At other times, the family will be at the residence, 5218 Fortner Street, Dothan.
Mrs. Flockhart was born and reared in Miami, Florida, daughter of the late John Franklin Herring and Okie Fritz Ballinger Herring. She moved to Webb in 1975 where she lived until moving to Dothan in 2002. Mrs. Flockhart was formerly employed by Saxon Industries in Miami. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dot Thompson and Betty Campbell and a brother, Buddy Herring.
Surviving relatives include her husband Mark Thomas Flockhart, Dothan; two daughters Debbie Rowan and husband Ed, St. Louis, MO; Sandy Noblitt and husband Danny, Columbia; a step-daughter, Kimberly Kosterno and husband David, Clearwater, Florida; a sister, Patsy Sanchez, Midland City; five grandchildren, Leigh Ann Parker (Jeff), John Rowan, Tom Rowan, Mark Noblitt and Paul Noblitt (Kendra); three step grandchildren; three great grandchildren, Jack Parker, Ayden Noblitt and Cameron Noblitt; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Madeline Bidwell, Dothan.
