Peggy Jane Brewer Hand of Westville, FL passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Wiregrass Medical Center. She was 74 years old.

A celebration of life service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 1459 Vaughan Dead River Road, Westville, FL 32464.

Peggy was born in Coffee County, AL on June 28, 1947 to the late Gene and Lovie Barbaree Brewer. Peggy was a very talented seamstress who could sew and embroider just about anything. She enjoyed being in the outdoors especially if it involved fishing.  

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Hand; siblings, Beulah Brewer Mathis, Titus Brewer, James Brewer, Barbara Brewer, and Paul Brewer.

She is survived by one son, William Brewer; three sisters, Virginia Brewer Rials, Norene Brewer Reeves, and Ann Brewer Liedel; one brother, Gibson Brewer (Pattie); niece, Donna Mock (Phil).
