Peggy D. Vasbinder, of Level Plains, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018.  She was 71.

Peggy was born May 16, 1947, in Brookville, PA to the late William VanSteenberg and Helen Westerman VanSteenberg.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Vasbinder and son, Robert Vasbinder.

Survivors include her daughter, Annette Vasbinder of Midland City; three sisters:  Sue VanSteenberg of Ohio, Judy (Bruce) Smerchansky  of Ohio, Samantha Danielson of Ohio; two brothers:  Thomas VanSteenberg of Texas, Jerry VanSteenberg of Ohio; five grandchildren:  Melinda Vasbinder, Michelle (Douglas) Watkins, Katlynn Boswell, Jase Boswell, Joshua Young and one great-grandchild, Linleigh Watkins.
