Penny Gay Skinner Wills, 52, passed away at her home in Dawson, Georgia on Saturday, May 18, 2013.

Funeral services will be held at Harvey Funeral Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 20, 2013 with Dr. Emil Askew officiating. Graveside services will be held 3 pm Monday May 20, 2013 in Ashford City Cemetery in Ashford, Alabama, with Rev. Danny Bynum officiating and Robert Byrd of Sunset Funeral Home directing.

Penny was preceded in death by her father, Howard L. Skinner. She is survived by her husband, Harold Alfred Wills of Dawson; her mother, Ebeline “Tina” Skinner of Dothan; her brothers, Corby L. Rogers and J.B. Skinner of Dothan; sisters, Connie White (Steven) of Dothan and Anita Kirkland (Terry) of Cottonwood, AL; stepchildren, Tony Wills and Shonna Wills Woodul, both of Americus; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Chickasawhatchee Baptist Church, 1500 Leesburg Highway, Dawson, GA 39842.
