OZARK…. Petrena Lowthian Mandel, a resident of Ozark, passed peacefully with her family at her side, early Monday morning, September 30, 2019 in an Ozark nursing home. She was 91.

            A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 15, 2019 in the parlor of Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

            Mrs. Mandel was preceded in death by her husband, Nisson Mandel; grandson, Steven Sandoval and her sister, Janice Lowthian.

            Surviving relatives include her two sons, David (Julie) and Geoffrey (Roberto); four grandchildren, Vincent Sandoval (Leah), Sarah Barragan (Aaron), Lupita and Lulu; seven great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Gloria, Skye, Steven, Joyce, Vincent, and Lucy Sandoval.
