Phyllis Ann King

Phyllis Ann King, a resident of Dothan, AL, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at her residence. She was 71 years old.

Mrs. King was born on August 23, 1949 inGeorgia and lived the early years of her life in Cordele, Georgia. She married Albert King and moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she resided for 8 years. Mrs. King would then move to Decatur, Alabama where she lived before moving to Dothan in 2005. She was a homemaker and was later employed with Wiregrass Currier.

Mrs. King was preceded in death by her husband Albert King and her daughter who passed away in 2004.

Survivors include her daughters, Christine Kennemer and Elizabeth Osborn; her grandchildren, Nikki King, Kristin Kennemer, and Taylor Kennemer; her brother, Jimmy Merritt; her sisters, Carol Robinson and Patsy Stanley; her devoted K-9 companions, Scooter and Sweet Pea; and several nieces and nephews.
