QUILLA INEZ GRANBERRY
COLUMBIA. . .Quilla Inez Granberry, a resident of the Hebron Community of Henry County, died Monday morning, March 10, 2014, in the Henry County Health Rehabilitation Facility in Abbeville. She 94.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 12, 2014, in the Hebron Baptist Church with Reverend Ted Forrester and Reverend Ron Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Holman-Headland Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 P.M. Wednesday in the church sanctuary.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Hebron Baptist Church, c/o Edwin M. Glover, 6952 State Highway 134, East, Columbia, AL 36319.
Miss Granberry was a lifelong resident of the Hebron Community of Henry County, daughter of the late Oscar Mitchell Granberry and Lennie Mae Marshall Granberry. She was a retired employee of WestPoint Stevens in Abbeville. Miss Granberry was a member of the Hebron Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a sister, Lula Mixon, five brothers, Raymond Granberry, Oscar Byrd Granberry, Bobby Ray Granberry, Alec Granberry, and Fred Granberry.
Surviving relatives include a brother, Herbert Granberry (Carol), Abbeville; sisters-in-law, Edith Granberry, and Julia Granberry, both of Dothan; nieces and nephews, June M. Brannon, Joe Mixon, Jerry Mixon, Andy Granberry, Dennis Granberry, Mike Granberry, David Granberry, Debbie Floyd, Danny Granberry, and Lisa Brown; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Serving as active pallbearers will be the nephews.
