Mr. Raleigh Wyatt Forrester, a lifelong resident of Cowarts, Alabama passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013 at his home with his family by his side.

Raleigh’s one wish was to remain on his family’s farm and God was gracious to provide this last wish.

 

Memorial services will be held at 10 A. M. Tuesday, June 18, 2013 from the Chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend  Rickey Sowell officiating and Ward Wilson Funeral Home Directing.

The family will receive friends from 9 until 10 A. M. one hour prior to the service.

 

Mr. Forrester was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Wilma Jean Forrester.

 

He is survived by his grandchildren, Nicole and Joshua Baldwin and Michael Burchette; his son Anthony Burchette as well as his brother and sister in law Robert and Charlotte Forrester and their children. In addition, Papa leaves behind two very special friends, David Rivenbark and Ruby Jewell Stallworth.

 

He will be missed.  We love you Papa.
