Rex Allen Mock of Samson, AL passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024. He was 60 years old.

 Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2024 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Wendell Ard officiating. Burial will follow in Marvin Chapel Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday beginning at 10:00 a.m.

 Rex was born in Florala, Alabama on February 09, 1964 to the late Luther Lubert and Thelma Gena Davidson Mock. He worked at Reliable Metal Products and Outdoor Aluminum during his adult working career. He enjoyed collecting knives, especially loved finding different and unique ones. Rex was a huge Alabama Crimson Tide Fan.

 In addition to his parents, Rex was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Mock.

 Rex is survived by one son, Case Mock and one daughter, Gena Mock; four siblings, Roger Mock (Lois), Ronnie Mock (Jenny), Rachel Ard (Wendell) and Ruth Mock, all of Samson, AL; a number of special nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends also survive.
