Rick Kujawa, age 57, of Ozark is finally at peace with the Lord after a long illness and courageous battle with cancer. He passed away on December 23, 2011. Rick was  a hardworking man of infinite wisdom who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

 

Rick is survived by his loving wife Jo Ann, four children: Kimberly Roberts, Kammy Dowdy, Tisha Tarter and Ricky Kujawa II, his parents: Harry and Delores Kujawa, his brother Allen Kujawa, six grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.

 

A Memorial Service will be held for Rick at the First United Methodist Church in Ozark, AL on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 10 A.M. in the Chapel.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be sent to The Wellness Foundation of Central Alabama.
