Rickey Zain Lawrence of Geneva, AL passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2024. He was 11 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva, AL with the Rev. Steve Skidmore officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 4, 2024, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.

Zain was born in Dothan, AL on September 8, 2012, to Robert Earl Lawrence and Crystal Hall Lawrence. Zain attended James A. Mulkey Elementary School in Geneva where he was in the 4^th grade. He loved playing video games, making arts and crafts, drawing, going to the beach, and spending time with his family and friends.

Zain was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lawrence; maternal grandfather, Rickey Hall; paternal grandparents, Ron and Teresa Giles.

He is survived by his mother, Crystal Lawrence; four siblings, Makayla Day, Joseph Lawrence, Cielo Day, and Neaveh Lawrence; maternal grandmother, Helen Hall.
