Robert Fisher, Jr.

Robert Fisher Jr. was born in New Jersey on April 8, 1957 to Robert Fisher and Harriet Williams Fisher.

 Robert spent 30 years working for the New Jersey Mental Health System and the New Jersey School system.  In both occupations he did something he loved to do, cook.  He also loved music, his grandchildren and studying the Bible.  But what he’s known most for was his inability to end a conversation.  He loved to talk, and always spoke his mind, whether it sounded crazy or not. Robert almost always ended the conversation by telling us to, "Take care of each other."

 Robert was dearly loved by his nephew and name sake Robert Fisher (Catherine, and Jasmine). His close cousins:  Eunice Burrell, Michele Burrell, and Regina Barnes.

 Robert spent 25 years with is companion Lena Cummings Alford.  Helping her raise their children; Stephanie Warner (James), Willie Cummings, Sedrick Cummings, John Cummings, Lucindy Cummings, and Nasir Cummings.

 The last four years of Roberts life was spent gaining accurate knowledge of the Bible from Jehovah’s Witnesses.  He gained not only knowledge but good friends; Wade and Marguerita Register, Jannie Daniels, Zachery White, and Sammy Jackson. 

He will always be known as a caring, giving, and kind person.  We look forward to continuing his Bible education at his resurrections (John 5:28, 29). Until then let’s so as Robert said, "Take care of each other."
