Roger Lee Guilford, a resident of Dothan, Alabama passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020. He was 65.

Roger Lee Guilford was born to the late Eunice and Easter Guilford on December 26, 1954. He was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama. He attended Dothan City Schools, he graduated from Dothan High School in 1973. He joined the United States Army after graduation and served for 3 years. He later moved back to Dothan. He worked at the GE plant Dothan and worked there for 33 years until his retirement. He was a deacon at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. He loved playing basketball, fishing, and gardening.
Roger leaves to cherish is memories his sons, Antonio Helms and Antwan Helms; his daughters, Tamara Thrower and Latonya Reeves; his eight grandchildren; his sisters, Eunice Mae Dykers and Vivian Dantley; his uncles Odell (Hattie) Helms and Rev. Alvin Bush Sr.; his 10 nieces and 11 nephews; his special cousins, Jerry Skipper, Archie Skipper and George Beacham; his friends, Tommy Wilson and Fred Griffin; and a host of many relatives and friends.
