Roger Warren Howell of New Brockton, AL passed away, Thursday, July 12, 2012 at his home.  He was 74.

           Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, July 14, 2012 at New Home Baptist Church with Rev. Cliff     Quincey officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends at the church from 12:00 Noon until service time.

           Mr. Howell was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Ellen Howell; sister, Ruby Bryan, three brothers, James, Randolph and Harry Howell.

           Survivors include his wife, Peggy Howell, New Brockton, AL; three daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy Shepard (Tony) Dothan, AL; Teresa Boykin (Patrick) Enterprise, AL; Dana Davis (Trevor) New Brockton; sons, Terry Howell and Teddy Howell, both of New Brockton; sisters, Margie Bowden, Enterprise; Janice Bowden, Samson, AL; Wanda Thornton (Lamar), Enterprise; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
