RONALD ALLEN McCULLOUGH
WEBB, ALABAMA. . .Ronald Allen McCullough, a resident of Webb, Alabama, died Saturday morning, February 15, 2014, in the emergency room of a Dothan hospital. He was 66.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 17, 2014, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Larry Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 P.M. Monday at the mortuary.
Mr. McCullough was born in Houston County and reared in the Camp Springs Community of Henry County, son of the Homer Lee McCullough and Ora Lee Byrd McCullough. He was a 1967 graduate of Headland High School and served his country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam era. Mr. McCullough lived near the Greenfront community, between Webb and Ashford, since 1992. He was retired from the Williams Company at the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant. Mr. McCullough was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by a sister, Katie Smith, and four brothers, Robert McCullough, Billy McCullough, Benny McCullough, and John McCullough.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Cathie Hughes McCullough; three daughters, Teresa Martin, Maine; Jessica Holmes, Ashford; and Mary Foxworth (Timmy), Webb, AL; four sons, Scott Cassady, Dothan; Ronnie McCullough, Jr., Tuscaloosa; Dean Holmes, and Lee McCullough, both of Webb, AL; three sisters, Carol Calhoun, Rehobeth; Peggy Elrod, Canadian, OK; Patricia Rinnert, Seattle, WA; a brother, Donald Ray McCullough, Cottondale, FL; nine grandchildren.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Freddie Shelley, Rod Hughes, Terry McCullough, Jeff Watkins, Tim McCullough, and Scott Cassady.
