Sally Sue Nagel, 66, a resident of Ozark, passed away December 1, 2016 at her residence.

Memorial services will be held 4:30pm Sunday at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the services. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospitals, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.

Sally was born June 30, 1950 in Davenport, Iowa and she lived the early years of her life in Crystal Lake, Illinois, where she graduated from high school. Sally married Dennis in 1981 while he was stationed at Fort Rucker. They moved to Germany and resided there for a few years before returning to the Wiregrass area in 1985. Sally was employed with civil service at Fort Rucker in the commissary until her retirement in 2003. Following her retirement, she worked as a beauty consultant with Mary Kay. Sally enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Dennis Nagel; her son, Michael Nagel; her daughter, Diana (Brian) Goad; two grandchildren, Tarin and Hailey Goad; her mother, Betty Kline; her brothers, Ralph Kline, David Kline and Steve Kline; her sisters, Dena Miller and Rhea Grubbs; several nieces and nephews.

The family appreciates all of the kind thoughts and prayers from family members, friends and Purple Warriors.
