Sharon Gail Cobb, a resident of Wiregrass Nursing Home in Geneva, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014.  She was 63. 

Mrs. Cobb was born in Tampa, Fla. on July, 2, 1950 to Stephen and Margret Johnson Cobb.  She graduated from Shephardsville High School in Shephardsville, KY.  She later attended the University of Kentucky where she studied to become a teacher.  She loved children, enjoyed reading, music and doing arts and crafts. 

She is survived by her daughter, Deanna Cobb (Wilburn Tidwell) of Samson; two sons, Daniel Day of Dothan and Scott Collins (Angie); sister, Denise Dykes (Rodger); parents, Stephen and Margret Cobb, all of Kentucky; and seven grandchildren who meant the world to her, Noah, Georgia, William, Evelyn, Blaze, Ashley and Megan.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
