Sherrill “Sherry” C. Parr of Hartford, Alabama, passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021. She was 70.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise with Brother Gary Vickers officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continue until time of service. 

Sherry was born on March 5, 1951 in Enterprise to the late Harvey and Jacqueline Carroll.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Anita Motley.  Sherry loved the Lord and was a devoted wife to her husband for 40 years. 

She is survived by her husband, James “Eddie” E. Parr; her children, Joseph A. Newsome (Stephanie Carter) of Hartford, AL, Jennifer Blackmon (Norman) of New Brockton, AL, Chad Newsome (Kim) of Enterprise, AL; and Keith Hornsby (Larhonda) of Opp, AL; grandchildren, Hannah Hatfield (Trevor), Mindy Mock (Justin), Tristan Cooper (Mahalie), Emily Newsome, Cameron Hornsby, Jannah Hornsby and Zach Carter; and 5 great-grandchildren.
