       Shirley Ann Ballard, age 65, of Daleville, AL, passed away, Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Bonifay Nursing and Rehab Center.

       Ms. Ballard was preceded in death by her parents, Dudley and Ruby Williams.

       Survivors include her son, Russell Rivera, of Daleville, AL; two brothers, Stan Williams (Unsuk), of Silver Spring, MD and Billy Joe Knight of Charleston, AR; one sister, Geraldine Wells of Houston, TX; a granddaughter, Gracie Rivera, and numerous nieces and nephews.
