Shirley Ward Bowman, 63, a resident of Enterprise, Alabama passed away Friday, February 27, 2015 at a local hospital.

The family will have a private Celebration of Life at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Shirley was born September 14, 1951 in Columbus, GA and lived the early part of her life there graduating from Jordan High School. She moved to Ozark in 1978 and also resided in Dothan for over 24 years. Shirley had many interests and hobbies, but her greatest joy in life was her family. She deeply loved all of her family members, and cherished every moment she could spend with them.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Bowman; daughter, Cristy Rhodes; son, Jason Bowman; grandchildren, Troy Vitty, Tyler Vitty, Zach Vitty, Gage Vitty, Gavin Rhodes, Gabriel Rhodes, Elissah Bowman, and Ava Rhodes; great-grandson, Jaden Vitty; brothers, James Ward, Chip Ward, Reed Heyser, Jay Heyser, and Doak Heyser; sisters, Linda Kern, Betty Ryan, Kat Stephenson, and Celia Brooks.
