Sieglinde “Siggi” Cook-Ham of Daleville, AL was taken suddenly from us early Sunday morning in Daleville, AL at the age of 71.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, December 14th at Classic 66 on Daleville Ave. All those who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and celebrate Siggi's life.
Siggi was born on June 29th, 1948 in Germany. She moved to the United States when she was 16. She is remembered as having a tremendous work-ethic and incredible tenacity regarding her work and her family. Her children remember her as a hard-working, and generous mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals. Ever supportive and ever loyal, she was full of love for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by many.
Siggi is well known in the community as a business owner in the service industry and as a fixture at her place of business of over 15 years, Classic 66.
She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph “Honey” and Hildegard Chlebuch, her husband John Ham, and her daughter Lori Mendoza.
Siggi is survived by three children: Lisa Sisko (Max Glover), John Beard (Teresa), and Clyde Beard III (Christina); as well as ten grandchildren: Jessica, Joseph, Brittany, Kristen, Benjamin, Rochele, Haley, Savannah, Ty, and Lydia; and four Great-Grandchildren: Jasmine, Tyler, Mya and Grayson.
The family would like to thank first responders and medical personnel at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan for their efforts.
