WEBB. . .Stanley Marion Woodham, a resident of Webb, Alabama, died Tuesday afternoon, September 18, 2018, in a Dothan hospital. He was 64.
Private graveside services will be held Thursday, September 20, 2018, in Gardens of Memory with Reverend Rick Glenn officiating. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wiregrass Humane Society, P.O. Box 1045, Dothan, AL 36302.
Stanley Woodham was born in Ft. Benning, Georgia and was reared in various locations in the United States and Germany while his father served in the U. S. Army. He was a graduate of Dothan High School. Stanley served his country in the U. S. Army during the Gulf War and later retired from the military with the rank of Sergeant First Class. He was preceded in death by his son, Marc Woodham; his daughter, Alicia Woodham Babcock; a grandson, William Woodham; and his father, Marion H. Woodham.
Surviving relatives include his mother, Shirley Riley Woodham and his sister, Starla Martin (Olan) all of Malvern; four brothers, Alan Woodham (Sherry), Malvern, Earl Woodham (Darlene), North Carolina, Steven Woodham and Jamey Woodham (Misty) all of Dothan; three grandchildren, Thomas Woodham, Evan Babcock and John Babcock; and numerous nieces and nephews.
