Stella Rena Jones Pepper, a resident of Eufaula, Alabama, passed away Friday, October 25, 2024, at Medical Center Barbour in Eufaula. She was 66 years old.

Memorial services will be held Monday, October 28, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glover Funeral Home in Eufaula with Bro. Stanley Taylor and Bro. Jason Self officiating and Glover Funeral Home of Eufaula directing. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

Stella was born October 15, 1958, in Barbour County, Alabama to the late Austin Laverne Jones and Ruby Inez Clark Jones. She was a 1977 graduate of Eufaula High School and worked for Rainbow Farm Center and the District Attorney’s Office both in Eufaula. Stella enjoyed fishing, hunting, working in her yard, the beach, jewelry, was an outstanding cook, and loved her family more than anything.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Neal Strickland.

Survivors include two sons, Nicholas Jones (Lisa) and Josh English (Erin) both of Eufaula; two sisters, Cathy Myers (Keith) of Eufaula and Nancy Smith (Lamar) of Morrilton, Arkansas; one grandson, Austin Jones.
