On Monday March 16th in Bowling Green, KY, where she resided with her loving family, Stephanie Lynn DuMars of Dothan, Alabama suddenly passed away from natural causes.
She is survived by her mother; Dianne, sister; Sherrie Nave, and her husband; Philip, and children Connor, Maddie and Evan; her Brother Stephen DuMars, his wife Celi and children Sherman and Sidney; and her Brother Scott DuMars.
She was preceded in death by her father Ronald DuMars.
Stephanie was a bright light, a beautiful and truly special daughter, sister, friend and the best aunt in the entire world. She graduated in 2005 with a BA from Auburn University, and while recovering in a hospital bed she earned her MA in Human Resources from Troy State University. Stephanie never let any obstacles stop her from her goals, her tenacity was contagious. She travelled to Honduras to work in an Orphanage, was dedicated to serving her community with the Kiwanis Club and Storybook Farms. She often visited NYC and California, loved gourmet food and designer bags. Stephanie was a diehard Auburn fan and she made everyone feel like a best friend.
Body Services will be held at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday March 28, 2015 at 4pm. Memorial contributions can be made to Storybook Farms.here
