BLUE SPRINGS. . .Steven Clifton Davis, a resident of Blue Springs, died late Saturday morning, September 23, 2023, of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident which occurred on Highway 10, near Blue Springs. He was 46.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 27, 2023, in the Shiloh Word Fellowship with Reverend James E. Ward, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday in the church sanctuary. Following the memorial service, the family will gather at the home Crystal and Zack Johnson. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
Steven Davis was born in Eufaula and raised in Shorterville. He lived in Dale County in the Skipperville area most of his lifetime. Steven was a graduate of G.W. Long High School in Skipperville. Steven was self-employed as a Tree Trimmer. He was affiliated with Shiloh Word Fellowship.
Surviving relatives include a daughter, Rebekah Blackmon, a son, Timothy Blackmon, both of Montgomery; his Father, Clifton Davis, Jr. and wife, Gail, Ariton, AL; his Mother, Alivia Lake Blackmon and husband, Darrell, Montgomery; a sister, Crystal Johnson (Zack), Ariton, AL; a brother, Justin Davis (Betty), Ariton, AL; nieces, Gracie Davis, Bethany Granberry and Avaleigh Johnson, a nephew, Samuel Davis, several aunts and uncles.
