Thomas Jeffery Holdt of Opp, Alabama passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.  He was 63.

 

In keeping with his wishes, memorialization will be by cremation, and no services are scheduled at this time.

 

Mr. Holdt was born December 15, 1951, in Harvey, Illinois, to the late Wilfred and Kathleen Carroll Holdt.  He was a veteran of the US Army, having served in Vietnam.

 

Survivors include his wife, Debra Holdt of Opp, Alabama; son, Shawn Holdt (Morganna) of Hawaii; sister, Kathy Skierkiwicz (Jay) of Oak Forest, Illinois; 2 brothers: Joseph Holdt and William Holdt (Juanita), all of New Mexico; 2 grandchildren: Mahina and Kili Holdt; mother-in-law, Evelyn Robinson (Hal) of Opp, Alabama.
