Thomas L. Woodham, a resident of Midland City, AL passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at a local hospital.


Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Dothan First Seventh-day Adventist Church with Elder Chuck Haller officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dothan First Seventh-day Adventist Church Building Fund or to the Midland City Senior Center.


Mr. Woodham was born May 11, 1931 in Henry County and lived most of his life in Dale County. He was employed with Michelin Tire Manufacturing for over 20 years prior to his retirement. He loved the great outdoors and enjoyed gardening and growing collard greens. He was a deacon at the Dothan First Seventh-day Adventist Church and attended the Midland City Senior Center. Mr. Woodham was preceded in death by his first wife, Hazel Jackson Woodham and his second wife, Claudia Hollidge Woodham.


Survivors include his son, Tommy Woodham; daughter, Donna Kaye (Vic) Staccone; grandchildren, Garrette Woodham, Sharmon Angle, Hayley Staccone, and Nicholas Staccone; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
