Thomas R. Morrow, a dedicated 28-year veteran of the United States Air Force (SMSgt), passed away peacefully on July 21, 2024, at the age of 88.

Thomas is survived by his loving family: sons Timothy Morrow (Kelli) and Thomas Morrow, Jr. (Lisa); daughter Sandra Crenshaw (Tommy); and his cherished grandchildren, Christopher, Joshua, Thomas, Kendall, Kyle, and Katie. He was also a proud great-grandfather of six.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents George Isaac Morrow and Diva Lorene Roberts- Morrow, sister Alma Morrow, his loving wife of 54 years Shirley Irene Preston-Morrow, and daughter Natalie Ann Morrow-Hasch.

Throughout his life, Thomas demonstrated an unwavering love for his family, friends, and country. His passions included fishing, golfing, and entertaining guests. Known for his graciousness and generosity, Thomas touched the lives of many with his kindness and warm hospitality.

His legacy of service, love, and generosity will forever be remembered and cherished by those who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Thomas’s memory to Wounded Warrior Project.

A celebration of Thomas’s life will be held at Ward Wilson Funeral Home, 2414 Hartford Hwy Dothan AL 36305, July 26, 2024. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm CST, service at 2:00pm CST. All who knew and loved him are welcome to attend.
