Tina was born on August 23, 1962 in Holmes County, Florida. She attended school to become an LPN and worked with Wiregrass Medical Center in Geneva for over 11 years. Tina worked while attending Wallace Community College where she earned her RN degree. She would then work with Southeast Health in the Neuro ICU and Critical Care Unit for over 31 years, where she never tired of caring for her patients. Her spare time would be spent enjoying family, especially her grandchildren, who lovingly referred to her as GiGi, and going to the beach with friends. Tina loved gardening and caring for her plants, fishing, and traveling whenever she could. She loved the Lord with her whole heart and was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Cowarts.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Carolyn Jones Howell Gauss and John Herbert Howell, Sr., and by her grandchild, Ahri Grace Kyser.
Survivors include her husband, Keith Jimmerson; her son, Bradley (Bianca) Jimmerson; her daughter, Crystal Jimmerson; her grandchildren, Greyson Kyser and Thorin Kyser; her brother, John Herbert “Jay” (Vickie) Howell, Jr.; and a host of extended family and friends.
The family wishes to extend an extra thank you to Covenant Hospice for their care and compassion during their time of need, especially their wonderful team of nurses, Shurie and Kim, and for the tender care provided by her best friend, Hope Smith, and her sister-in-law, Shannon Jimmerson.
